Coinbase Sets December Deadline for ZetaChain Token Migration

Coinbase will suspend ZetaChain trading and transfers on December 7 as the exchange prepares to support the project’s token migration. The conversion will run from December 7 to 10, with eligible holders receiving approximately one $ZETA for each existing token. Coinbase will not charge transaction fees for the conversion.

Coinbase Assets announced the changes on X on November 6. The exchange has already moved ZETACHAIN trading pairs into limit-only mode, restricting users to limit orders instead of regular market orders.

ZetaChain has announced a migration of its token and deprecation of the native L1 network. Coinbase will support the migration of ZetaChain (ZETACHAIN) to ZetaChain ($ZETA) on the Ethereum network from December 7-10, 2026.
