Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have filed with the U.S. SEC to launch a spot Zcash ETF, bringing their latest crypto fund effort more than 13 years after their first spot Bitcoin ETF filing.
The new Nasdaq product comes as Zcash native token $ZEC rallies above 5%, now trading at $1,357.

ETF expert Nate Geraci confirmed that Winklevoss Asset Services filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the U.S. SEC on Oct. 6, 2026, to launch the WINK ETF on Nasdaq.
